Bert did a superb job getting my rental condo prepared to put on the market! My previous tenant had done quite a bit of damage and he turned an absolute mess into something beautiful!
He demonstrates humble confidence and really cares about doing the very best job possible at a reasonable price! He is always very quick to respond to a text or email whether early in the morning or late in the evening.
Without a doubt, I would hire him and recommend him to any & everyone in the San Antonio area.

Bert and his crew are absolutely amazing! We were in a hurry to get our house on the market after moving into a new home. Bert and his guys came in and did an amazing job and got our house ready in a short amount of time. We needed paint, dry wall, pressure wash, deck repair...all sorts of things done. Bert and his guys were dependable, courteous, professional and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend House Techs!!
