Fuddruckers

We got here just before the major dinner rush. Went in a group with two separate orders. Me and my friend's order came out long before our other friend's order. After waiting long enough for us to finish our food, they went to check on his order. Suprise! The system broke, so they forgot about my friends order, but somehow managed to serve almost every group after us. While we waited yet again, we noted 2 other group orders were messed up, and that another group with a young child had not received their food either. What did the manager do, fix things, but issued no apologies. The only one to say sorry was the cashier. Love Fuddruckers, but never visiting this location again.

Bad experience. Took my wife there because we felt like burgers bad idea. We walked in the place smells stale and old, saw a picture of onion rings and thought yeah, walked up to the counter and the girl who took our order never cracked a smile didn't ask what we wanted, I asked het about the onion rings she's real short with her answer don't have any. I'm like well can you make some, no she says. I ask my wife do you want a beer, we ask the girl do you sell beer and just points to the side where there's a beer tub. I'm paying for this bad service, we should have left. Never again. Burgers aren't all that, should have gone to Babe's - Richard

The cashier was not friendly at all... She didn't greet us nor smile.... If she's not happy at her job she should find another one... Besides the cashier, the food was good... Thumbs up to the cook!!!!!
