****UPDATE**** ****UPDATE**** My barber Jessica L quit sports slips and I couldnt find her so I decided to come back because its been a couple of weeks and man do I regret coming back, I looked around for girls that have been employees here but they all have been quitting maybe new management or old management is becoming greedy, I mean how do you have girls that have worked here for a long time and suddenly they quit anyways Sports Clips is now garbage but luckily I found Jessica L she is so awesome I have been going to her for 8 plus years and so have my kids she is located if yall want a good clean professional haircut at Cut Creations / Vista Hair Salon and I randomly ran into while I was at Home Depot off Culebra the hair salon place is next to it, anyways Im glad I found her again shes awesome!!!! AND she does appointments which I love because you dont have to wait in-line at Sports Clips which is ridiculous because you sign up online AND STILL have to wait sometimes over an hour after check in I have been going to Jessica L. For the longest time since she was at the Walmart location on Culebra Rd, I have known Jessica for 8 years now and when I moved from Dallas it took me forever to find a great Barber/Stylist. It sucked. There was a one hour fifteen minute wait time for me and that's if no one else made an online appointment. I won't be going back to this place and I won't recommend it to anyone, sorry Sports Clips!

At first I was annoyed because the wait was so long. I can see why!!! They are so good. The girl fixed my son's hair from a previous stylist at another salon (not great clips). It was so awesome! Going back today love them! Service: Haircut

My wife was in the store for a line fade cut along the side and back, she showed a picture of the style she wanted, the stylist did not even looked at the picture, saying that she was able to performed this cut. Not only was the cut horrible, looks like there is a big scar on her head, the stylist also cut into the skin causing a slight bleeding. Service: Haircut

I was second in line at 9:57 AM on 5/18/22. The door opens. All seems normal in the world. First guy in front of me doesnt check in but rather just gives his phone number to the stylist. All good. He goes to the chair. The day is still normal. I step up and put my phone number in the kiosk and think all is still well. Meantime another gentleman walks in and signs into the kiosk after me. Still a normal day. Then the second and only other stylist comes up front and says to me are you here for a haircut? I said yes she says did you sign in? I said yes. Still a normal day. Then she says you missed the section that asks which stylist you want. So you didnt finish check in. I said oh, Im sorry. She then says Mr. I cant remember the name, are you ready? So that guy walks by me to the chair and his haircut. Its now no longer a normal customer service kind of day. I smiled and said to her, you know I was next right? She says you didnt sign in correctly. Ok. So you got me on a technicality. Well heres my technical response. After 10 plus years of using Sports Clips Ill never go again. Is that technical enough? I hope so. Thanks.
