Sport Clips Haircuts of The Village at Bulverde Marketplace

Waited an hour for my 5 year old son to get a haircut which is awhile for a 5 year old with a sensory disorder to wait . The screen said 3 min and after 3 min his name disappeared from the board and no one said anything to us so we left both hair stylists saw us leave and didnt care . Rude and unprofessional i live up the street and will never come again and my husband is never going again after this .

This place did a bad job I had to get it redone at another Sports Clips. Don't understand how they can't line up a fade correctly. Come on ya'll

We have come here many times and never had an issue. I don't typically like giving bad reviews because of one person, but I want to raise awareness because I don't know how many other people this has happened to. The stylists name was Derrick. Every other person my son and I have seen did fine and has always been kind. My son said Derrick was grabbing his head aggressively and obviously by the picture more was cut multiple times. My son didn't know to speak up, so he just sat there and took it. I didn't notice the redness till we got outside when he started to cry. I explained that ANY TIME anyone hurts him he needs to speak up, and especially if I'm there to stop it. The cut was also really bad, it was straight across the forehead which wasn't what we asked for. I took him somewhere else to get it fixed. Unfortunately they just lost a customer due to one person.
