This is a great gym with a broad range of instruction from athletic training for high school and college age, competitive body building and aesthetics, or those that would like to dial in their fitness. They also offer high end equipment you wouldn't find even in some of the nicest gyms in the city. What I like most of all though is the environment. The training team makes everyone feel included. Clear departure from what you may be accustomed to from other past gym experiences.
