Gosh. Where do I start ? Promises broken consistantly. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had when it comes to hiring a "contractor". Kitchen remodel with these people ended up being a Twilight Zone Nightmare. I can't tell you what it was like begging them to either SHOW UP or at least GET SOMETHING DONE. Sometimes NOTHING would get done yet the owner would ask for a weekly "draw". Our 6 to 8 week project ended up with us having NO FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN for over 16 weeks which cost us hundreds of extra dollars in added expenditures. I truly believe this young couple are in the totally wrong business. Do yourself a favor & AVOID !!!!!!

I used this company for a simple estimated 10-day job to remove ceiling texture, fix a couple places where drywall was damaged, replace baseboards, install molding & paint two rooms. Also to remove and replace 60 cracked tiles. First attempt was a disaster. After promised 10 days the house was a complete mess, damaged and unlivable. Contractor asked for more time and put me and my family up in a hotel for 6 days. We allowed them 30 additional days and left town. After 23 additional days no work had been started. Then, after numerous pleas for information and progress reports. Contractor FINALLY replied and used rainy weather as an explanation. (It was an indoor, air conditioned job). When we returned we found the basic work agreed upon completed but the home was filthy despite being promised it would be professionally cleaned. Promised window framing was not done, a door and large A/C door vent damaged, paint overspray on counters and floors, a damaged ceiling fan not reimbursed etc...just a lousy job. Horrible communications, shoddy service and a stressful, disappointing experience. Invoice was backdated more 60 days and had overcharges. In my opinion this was a grifter in a business he had no experience or qualifications for. If you hate yourself use this guy... Nice website and sales pitch though.

Avoid these scam artists. Our 6 to 8 week project ended up close to 17 weeks. They wanted money at every turn but weeks would go by when nothing was accomplished. I believe they were "robbing Peter to pay Paul". Even the Subcontractors pulled back from our project due to not getting paid by these skimmers. Took threatening a lawsuit to get the Punch List complete. By far the most inconsistent and incompetent "contractor" I've ever encountered (& I use the title "contractor" very loosely.) Last, but not least, they sold us an above range microwave as new that ended up being nearly 4 years old so we couldn't get a warranty on it. More lies, betrayals, smoke & mirrors. We ended up paying some of the Subs out of pocket just so we could have a functional kitchen. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
