Titan Overhead Garage Doors

This company was assigned to me through my home protection plan. They took weeks to come out for initial visit. Made appointments then didn't even call to let me know they would not be coming after all.They said that one of the delays was because they where waiting for approval from the home protection company. My home protection company said that they did not need anything from them and had not received any request from them.After first visit they did not return. I called with no answer and was now out the service fee. Had to start whole process again with different company.

I had a great experience from start to finish. George did an excellent job of explaining the whole process and put my mind at ease that the job would be done correctly. He was professional and on time and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company and again thank you George for the wonderful job on my garage and garage door opener.

Excellent Service! Had a new garage door placed in my garage that is not level and these guys did a great job making sure everything worked great! Very polite staff and very respectable! George even came out to address an issue I was having with the lift and fixed the issue within minutes. Highly recommend this company!
