Furniture Town San Antonio

I first visited the store on February 8th, 2019. We found a living room set we really loved and decided to purchase. Our initial interaction with Furniture Town was wonderful. We were told the furniture would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks came and went. Each time I call the store to get an estimated delivery date they push it back. I am now being told we will not receive the furniture until April 25th. That is almost 3 months after the purchase date. I have stayed patient and been very kind through this whole process. Today I asked Yolanda who I was speaking to on the phone what protocol was if we decided we just wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund because the whole thing is feeling fishy. She then raised her voice at me and became very nasty. I stayed calm. I asked to speak to the store supervisor. After waiting on hold for awhile I decided to hang up. He then returned my call and he too raised his voice at me and told me it wasn't his fault. Both the manager and Yolanda wouldn't allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off. At that point he said he would just cancel my order. I informed him I don't feel comfortable with him doing that over the phone and would rather come in person to do so. When I went in person she yelled at me again and spoke ugly about me to my husband as if I wasn't standing right there. Long story short it seems that Furniture Town is doing their best to scam us. I do my best to support small businesses but we will be hitting up a bigger, more reliable furniture store.

Well we bought a living room set at the end of October they said 14 days. It never showed up its December. I called and called they never answered my calls or could tell me when I would recieve my delivery. So I went in person demanded to see Management told them what's going on and couldnt give me a answer. So i just told them to give me my stuff from the sales floor for i could leave and never do business with them again. Dont waist your time or money.
