This was my first time dealing with auto transport so nothing to compare with. They were easy to communicate with and worked to set up transport in a somewhat difficult situation. We were able to complete the job without any drama.

I had to move a car from Pennsylvania to Palm Beach. Tornero managed to do within days what others could not achieve in almost a month. Good communication and did exactly what they said they would do.

I placed an order through this company to transport my car from California to Virginia. At first the service and communication was great, we planned a pick up date and also a drop off date. I paid $1200 to the driver, $200 to Tornero, and $150 for loading additionally in the back seat of my car. I’m giving it a 2 star rating because the moment the $200 was paid to Tornero, the communication stopped. I wanted to know where my vehicle was and there were no updates. I left many messages asking for an update for there was either no response or “I’ll get back to you” followed by a no response. You can imagine how frustrating it was especially when they HAVE your vehicle! So if you want updates every day or every couple/few days about your car, forget it, they aren’t giving it to you even if you ask. My vehicles plan date to get dropped off was for July 7th or the 8th. It was delayed until July 11th which was also frustrating since I couldn’t settle anything in. My biggest debate was either going with Tornero or going with Amerifreight. I thought I would give Tornero a try since they have positive reviews regardless of the little amount of people who have reviewed it. I was wrong, I should’ve went with Amerifreight. My recommendation is that you pick a different company.

I shipped a car using this service. Customer service was excellent, Mel was great. There were no problems enroute, Mel took care of everything.
