Susanna was very kind and not only gave me great service but the best price in the area. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend got her flowers. Im many states away and she made things very easy along with delivered a beautiful bouquet of the flowers I requested at the time she told me she would. I will buy again and I recommend her to anyone looking in the area. Thank you Susanna!

Flowers arrived bruised and wilted. Would not recommend if looking to impress. Quality is very disappointing, flowers are not fresh. Flowers were delivered today and pictures are minutes after delivery.

I am nothing but grateful for the service i received today. I called with a rush delivery request at 3:45pm as another florist was not able to deliver the flowers I had ordered 2 days prior (they forgot to put in the delivery van). Flowers By Susanna was sympathetic to my situation and were able to rush some roses and delivered them within 40mins of placing my order. she understood my situation and was quick to solve what the other florist couldn't and wouldn't step up to fix their failed delivery. You earned a new customer and thank you for making a priority out of my situation

Spent over $160 on a bouquet that looks NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGE. Its much, much smaller and I'm incredibly disappointed. Tried calling but no one answers and the mailbox is full.

Staff was amazing and the floral arrangements were very beautiful and perfectly done. I would use them every time.
