Only way to pay is western union, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! They’ll try to say you didn’t pay, repo the car, then once your prove all payments are up to date, the story changes. Now the vehicle was repoed because I moved and didn’t update new address. Asked me to pay all repo fee’s and storage fee to get the vehicle back. I let the car go and paid cash the next day for a newer vehicle. Vehicle sold at auction for over 7k, I had 7 months left on the loan which is $2,800. They want almost 8k still to pay the loan off. Steer very clear of this place. Super sketch business.

Unbelievable honestly the worst decision of my life the moment I try to finish off my payments they lock my account, they say I cant make payments over the phone even though they have accepted phone payments before I tried to pay off my total now their telling me I'm forced to pay by moneygram I hope someone takes legal action they practices are shady and seem to be a pattern with others I would gladly help fund any legal action against this GOD Awful company.

So frustrating trying to get answers out of anyone from this institution. My wife called in tonight to try and ask for the last six months of payment statements. Lady answered, asked for name on account, my wife answered. Then she asked for the last 4 digits of her social, again she gave it to her. Then the lady wanted my wife’s phone number, physical address, and then put her on hold for five minutes. She came back on the line, just to tell my wife that she was not the account owner, and to have the account owner call in. When she tried to explain that she was the owner, the “representative,” asked for her full social, so my wife provided it. Immediately, she was was told she was not the owner, and to have the owner call. Again, my wife tried to explain she was, and then the rep immediately asked for her DL #, and then wanted to argue with my wife about why she needed it and wanted to keep insisting my wife was not the account owner. All this, and all my wife wanted to do was get the last six months of payment statements. Never go with this company if you’re buying a car. Run far away.
