The rating I gave was generous. Pulled up to a parking spot to order and was told after pushing the button that only the drive-thru was open. After waiting 15 minutes to reach the speaker to order, I was told to place my order at the window. Once I got to the window to order I was informed that they were only taking drink orders only. My selection of the Strawberry Cheesecake shake wasn't available so I ordered a regular Strawberry shake instead. 25 minute wait just for that? Unacceptable!!! This isn't the 1st time I had to deal with that type of service at that location.

Went through drive thru...Waited and waited with no response. Observed two cars leave line . Pulled up finally and ordered a cherry coke. Wanted to order something to eat but couldn't since they didn't answer. Charged me $3.28..For a drink?? Employee commented Charged up for " cherry" coke. Ridiculous.. Will not return..

Ordered two drinks and a shake on the app. Got there and checked in. Waited for about 30 minutes and then hit the button. Sat for another 10 with no response. The went to the drive thru where I sat for another five and still no response. Car that was in front of me at the window just drove off without getting anything. Guess they gave up too. I gave up and drove off. This was 7 on a Wednesday. Dont waste your time and come here. Ive experienced similar issues with this location. Better off going to another one or just go to any of the other fast food places close by can actually function.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! there was a line of cars so me and my husband ordered online at the location so by the time we would get to the window it would be ready. NO ONE WAS INSIDE!!! It said closed at 10:30 yet no one was there the workers left and closed the store up. Me and several others had ordered online. HORRIBLE!!! Couldnt get my money back online because I would have to call the store and their corporate office was closed as well.

I understand sometimes places are understaffed, and Ive really come to think its not the employees problem. Theyre the ones in front of the customers everyday and dealing with us being impatient because theyre taking a long time. I hope a member of management sees this and steps up. This is a company-wide problem with sonic. We all know happy hour gets busy, and if your store is already understaffed, then as a leader you roll up your sleeves and get in there. And yes, that means on a Sunday or your day off. Been in the drive through for 20 minutes, and have watched three cars pull away already. And theres only about 8 cars in the whole lot. Step it up, leaders.
