Sonic Drive-In

This Sonic location USE to be awesome, but I've been a few times and this was the last time. There was 2 cars and it took 10 min to get my order and another 15 to get 2 shakes. I could see them just talking in there not to mention the other couple left because they got tired of waiting. Sonic this location needs help!!

Horrible service. Actually a total lack of service. I ordered in the app on my lunch break I went to pick my meal up and sat there for over 20 min waiting. I passed the red button and waited probably another 5 min or so and still no response at all. I tried to call the store a few times and even got out of my car and knocked on the door. Unbelievably there was still no response. I called the customer service number and was told after 7-10 business days I should see a refund. I asked to have my order transferred locations or even just get the refund as a gift card in my app and was still told itll be 7-10 business days before I see any refund. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience with sonic, and its not just this location either. Its consistently every time, every sonic. I ordered a hot dog. Spent over an hour attempting to get my lunch, had to drive to another location, and pay for my entire order over again. I will not be giving my business to this company ever again. The worst business practices Ive ever seen from a company. And I work in customer service. Completely disgusted with this business.

I have had good experiences at this experience when using the app (fairly quick service) but today was the second time where I placed an app order after the time Google said they were open (8am) only to arrive at location which was not open. I totally understand adjusting business hours for staffing however new hours aren't posted anywhere and the app collects orders while they are closed. As of 10:30am they were not open.

I waited ten minutes to take my order I got there at 9:20 and nobody answered me. I called at 9:35 and was told by the manager they closed at 9 but I told him online said 12 so he just hung up on me and when I tried to call back three times the line was somehow busy now. A little fat girl with glasses who saw me sitting in my waiting to order and never said a dam word to me either.

This is the worst sonic.... they have drink holders coming the windows. You never know if anyone is ever inside. They take at least 20 mins to respond to the pressing of the red button. The menu is never complete... they are usually out of one thing or another. One you get your food it is usually cold. The staff never seems pleased to be having a job so needless to say they are rude. I go to sonic at least once a week and its always the same.
