Sonic Drive-In

THERE IS MOLD IN MY TODDLERS DRINK!! Went there around 4:45 PM today, got dinner for my 3 y/old and I. Got her a lemonade. She finished her drink and wanted more, so I opened it to put some water in her ice and immediately noticed green dots in her ice! It was literally IN the ice. So they have it in all their ice and probably the lemonade too. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Teriible. They ignore the stalls. I sat out side for 30 minutes waiting for my food, nobody came out. When i arrived they're was only two cars at the stalls and nobody in the drive-thru. I attempted to call the store multiple times to which they never answered I walked up to the window and knocked to which they never came over to talk. I will never go back here for lunch I came here for my 30-minute lunch and now I have to go back without getting any food because they suck.

Waited over an hour after ordering and checking in online and when I finally got a response I was told there was no people for the car hop. Why have that as an option if no one is going to bring the food. Cant even get a refund because the app is the worst restaurant app to ever exist.

Why does this Sonic sell breakfast if they do not open until 10:00 a.m.? Turn off your lights. The restaurant appears open for business but it is not. It would be helpful Sonic if you would post a sign stating that although this franchise sells breakfast we are closed and do not open until after 10:00 a.m. There is even a long wait at lunch. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order for a drink.

I rarely if ever leave reviews but this place is just like so unbelievably bad that its hard to even put in words. Like normally a place is kinda behind and messes up here and there but I dont know how this place is even making it. I am writing this hoping the owner fires every person there and just starts over. Poor guy I dont know how they dont see it. And yes Ive been coming here for years since I live close by and the kids have hope it wont be as horrible as the last time but it always is lol Im sorry but really, I hope he/she fires everyone
