    Horrible customer service the manager is unpleasant and should not be able to deal with customers I got my blizzard for me and my kids and they were melted you think as long as we waited the would be fresh. I will not be going back this location is horrible

    Waited 37 mins for 3 blizzards... Then customers who came in after I placed my order were served food before me . The reason was because the cashier is the one who makes the ice cream orders and he was busy... Which I saw that he was because at one point the restaurant was full... My frustration was that no one came to help him.. I assume the lady with pink hair and tattoos wearing a button up shirt was in charge that night... Well she was at the window, then walked up and looked at the full lobby and went back. She should have stepped up and helped out. This location always has a long drive thru lane and now I see why. There were even 3 Uber and door dash drivers waiting for at least 20 mins... That's not good for them either because now they more than likely won't get a good tip from the buyer because of the delay. This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT.

    We went on Thursday March 24th around 4pm. Right off the back you could tell the cashier was struggling. I think she was new and had lack of training. It was almost as if they just threw her out there. I know she was frustrated. But, she started giving everyone attitude too. Kept saying well Iam New, Iam new. Trust me I been there before, being new to a job, but thats not how you treat people. While in line, the female manager told her to lock the door for the dine in because they couldnt keep up with the orders. So I immediately started even second guessing if I should even order. I figured crispy tacos would be quick. Boy was I wrong, It took them 30 minutes just to get 5 tacos and 2 large fries 30 MINUTES. It shouldnt of taken that long. It doesnt even take that long to get food at an actual restaurant. The guest next to our table was telling us he had counted eight people complained about their food order being wrong. One of the guys that ordered to go before me, came back because he said he received only 15 tacos out of the 20 he ordered. I saw a door Dash driver waiting about 45 minutes for the order she was delivering. The lady Who ordered before me said they got her order completely wrong. And so the cashier and her went at it. The gentleman who sat next to me in the dining area went to tell the manager very nicely that his nachos were extremely greasy. What i witnessed next shocked me, the manager started yelling at him and telling him well theres gonna be grease because of the chips. He showed me his plate and it looked absolutely DISGUSTING, I wouldnt even feed my dog that. That female manager needs to be taken care of and certainly retrained. She yelled at that man for no reason at all. I wanted to cry for him. Another guest recorded her and I hope she contacts corporate with the video. She kept interrupting him, and continued to raise her voice at him. I was SHOCKED. Then to make matters worse, an employee leaving asked whos the owner of the red jeep. The owner said thats my car she then told the customer you need to move your car because I cant get in, if not Ill just hit your car I was speechless. This employee was being picked up, so how come her ride ride didnt just park somewhere else is beyond me! We wont be coming back to this location ever again!! I seriously cant believe what we witnessed. The only nice employee was the gentleman working in the kitchen. He made sure my banana split came out correctly and he even apologized to us.

    I sat in drive through for about minutes . I showed up 20 minutes before closing . When they finally took my order I was told the kitchen the closed . The the kitchen closes before ice cream is not served . Which makes no sense. . Completely inconsistent. This was my second trip on fgt evening to a Dairy Queen . My first I was told was cash only (on gen McMullen.) I wasted 30 minutes , trying to get a burger . No thanks . I am down with Dairy Queen.
