They were very rude. They had zero customer service skills. I ordered chesse sticks and instead of asking what I meant the guy mocked me and said they were called mozzarella sticks. Then I ordered 4 corn dogs and he said not 1 but you want 1234 corn dogs. Then after every thing he kept saying is that it, is that it? I went ahead and left because that was so rude and I did not want my food made by such rude and disturbing people.

You guys took 30 minutes to make 2 milkshakes and 1 slushy. You took so long we drove off and didnt even get our slushees because you were taking too long! Get better employees it wasnt even that buisy

If I could give zero stars I would. On Sunday afternoon I ordered a drink in a delivery stall after a long hike. A woman was running in & out delivering the food, pretty sure she was the manager. I heard her say she was the only one working that day. After waiting almost an hour watching her bring food to other cars & people leave the drive through we left, without my drink. I was NOT happy. I understand being understaffed, but at that point you should just close. There were lots of other cars who did the same. Pretty sure they lost a lot of business & dedicated customers that day.

Took forever. My son is autistic and began to have a meltdown. I tried to reach them to tell them to forget it so I could leave, but the order came out while I was waiting for them to answer. 10+ minutes to answer the red button and around 30 for the delivery of some mozzarella sticks and a couple of slushies is a bit more than I'm willing to go through again. Not worth it.

This sonic is trash there customer service is beyond horrible. Waited in the drive-thru line after I ordered 10min because the girl at the drive-thru window was busy having a personal conversation and flirting with the car infront of me. She looked and saw the line waiting had no care in the world that 2 other cars pulled up behind me. I drove off apparently sonic dosen't need the business. I'll take my money else where. Never going to that sonic again
