Conviva Legacy Wellness Center

Needed a new provider and found NP Crystal Chapman-Brown. She and the staff at Conviva have been kind and thorough in their care. NP Brown treats me like I have been a patient for years and I feel extremely comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Conviva Legacy Place is a fabulous place. I have been very happy with Dr Prevette and my care. She is a fantastic doctor and I feel like I'm getting excellent care. The Activity Center is also great, and I enjoy going to events. I highly recommend Conviva and Dr Prevette.

Beautiful, bright office. Spacious waiting area with plenty of room to social distance, but I didn't wait long! All staff, from reception to RN to NP were very intentional about providing great service. I felt well cared for.

NP Chatman-Brown and MA Joseph are superb! Always nice, professional, compassionate, and genuinely interested in my health. They stay on top of whatever issues I have and always answer my questions. I have in the past, and will continue to, refer other seniors to them. Best NP and MA ever!!
