I called Wellmed to ask about walk-in appointments, due to some severe stomach issues I'm having. I was amazed that they connected me with a nurse over the phone to talk about my symptoms and treatments. They were so nice and caring.

This office has gone from mediocre to awful. I was a patient of Dr Mullican for years. I used to be able to make a same day appointment, get in touch with Dr Mullican through their patient portal, the staff was nice over the phone and pleasant at check in. This all changed once my insurance went out of network. If you are looking for quality continuity of care, a place where you are treated with dignity and respect this is not it.

I love it here. My NP E. Hernandez is absolutely amazing. I feel listened to. I feel like I'm cared for as their patient. Dr. Mullican is the best. This team is really outstanding. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional, lack of empathy, and overall quality of assistance I have received at this clinic chain location. I am a fairly new patient here and I have attempted on several occasions to have important paperwork submitted by their office; not only to my job for necessary proof but also to another clinic outside of their network. I have been given the runaround and after weeks of waiting and confirmation from my old PCP that my records have been successfully sent the staff has never even attempted to submit my records or reach out to me as to why they never submitted my records yo my job NOR my new clinic. I absolutely would not recommend Wellmed or their Westover Hills location to anyone who doesn't already somehow know someone at the clinic to receive preferential treatment.
