Jesus Yanes

Charged me $50 for a not showing up for an appointment I never confirmed. I called and asked about the charge and Shayla was very rude to me about the situation after being put on hold for 45 minutes after asking to speak with a superior. When I asked Shayla what her name was (so I could report the rudeness) she spelt her name out and put me on hold. Bianca who is a supervisor was no help at all saying "I signed a contract ." I asked to speak with the clinic director and even called back a week later and she still has not returned my call. The girls at the front are rude and my husband has witnessed them be rude to others and even the elderly. This office needs a lesson in professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Please go somewhere where you feel like you're cared about .....not this place.Dr Yanez is wonderful and what is sad is I was referred to him along with my entire family and some of my friends. They all will no longer be returning to this office due to the front office staff.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Yanes, and followed him to this office. But let me tell you, Once he moved to this office, its been absolutely terrible to even TRY to get an appointment. The front desk personnel are very inconsiderate, rude, and have absolutely no customer service. When I tried to speak to a supervisor on how I was treated, and to give them feedback. I was hung up on. I'm so upset I have to leave Dr. Yanes, but at this point I do not have any other choice but to see someone new. The people that work at this office are unprofessional, have absolutely NO customer service skills, and is the worst doctor's office I've ever had to deal with. I love Dr. Yanes and his patient care. but I really wish he would get new office staff to take over, and when his office supervisor hangs up on people, that is the worst thing you can do for someone who is trying to seek health care. It's sad to see a lot of his patients leaving due to the lack of staff he has.

I gave him a one because I could not go any lower. Made first appointment, went early and was told I had to have a mask.. did not know and Abbott said we did not have to wear. Plus had my shots. The receptionist had to be one of the rudest people I have seen. She went around the picking who would be seen, I guess appointments don't matter. I told my wife let's go. Went to the er but was not an accused case. If you don't mind being treated rudely or like cattle may be a good place.

Dr. Yanes is the best! Always takes the time to listen and address any of my concerns.

Dr.Yanes is the only doctor that I fully feel comfortable and completely trust. He truly care for all his patients and actually listens to them. I will always recommend him.
