This attorney is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. He has poor communication skills and does not follow up on his cases. He charged me a $4000 retainer fee and did not refund it when I dropped him because he did not do the job that was expected, as a matter of fact, he did nothing. He then accused my sister and I of threatening his staff which did not happen. He threatened us! Don't even attempt to hire him!

Mr Amsberry made himself available on weekends to help us obtain legal documentation to enable my wife and I to continue managing medical services for our son after he turned 18. Guardianships are a lengthly process. But Mr Amsberry will go the extra mile to ensure our loved ones are protected while awaiting for state and city court actions to be completed.
