Jose and his team are absolutely amazing! We hired them to decorate our wedding venue. When meeting with him he came up with amazing ideas to really wow our guests, and they were ecstatic with the results! He worked with our budget, was professional, and extremely creative!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am extremely unhappy with the portion size and temperature of the food. On the best day of the bride and groom's life, you'd hope for an experience that comes easy and delicious from your caterer, and that is not what was delivered. The bride who is a HUGE seafood lover ordered bacon wrapped shrimp to be served during cocktail hour, I didn't see a single one served! Save yourself the trouble from this rude service, who has hung up numerous times on the couple who would like an explanation as to why over 50 plates went missing during the event?? Look elsewhere for your big day because with this caterer you will be disappointed.

I am very pleased with the service, the well-served portions, the incredible flavor, the entire staff is very professional. The menus they have are excellent and very varied, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

After reading tons of mixed reviews I was very skeptical and scared to be honest about booking. Im so happy I did when I met with Jose, He was very caring and reassuring. He made us feel like family. We had expectations and he by far surpassed them all, he definitely out did himself. All My family and friends complemented me on the delicious food,They really loved it. The food was hot and just the right portion. The late night snack was a hit too. (We did tacos). I wish I could give him a million stars. We will be using only a gala events from here on out for our events.
