I went to the Sunbelt this morning to drop off a Tiller that my daughter rented. The young man with light-colored hair and a baseball cap was very professional, and very prompt. That guy is on the ball. And they're lucky to have him as a worker.

To the manager at the location: Today I drove to the Bandera Sunbelt to inquire about outdoor scaffolding. The man Marty at the desk told me they don’t have any, but would he like me to check where there was some available, I said yes please. He looked in his computer, and said the location on Austin Highway has a lot, a whole yard full. I thanked him, and drove 45 minutes in lunch traffic to the Austin Highway location to be told they have none. The gentleman called Marty, who obviously wasn’t aware he was on speakerphone. Marty put all the blame on me, the customer, saying “Well that’s his fault, he should have called first” HEY SMART GUY— you were the one who checked the computer and told me that’s where to get some, and had me drive all this way for NOTHING. Once I responded to him, he realized he was on speakerphone and shut up pretty quick. Don’t blame the customer for your incompetence, you sent me here after checking your computer Marty. Perhaps some customer service training might do you good.
