I have to say that I am very disappointed in how long it is taking to get my lab results from this office. I was referred to Dr. Menendez by a friend so I thought I would go see him. He is a very nice man with lots of knowledge, however, if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have gone to see him. My appointment was 9-19-23 at 1:30 and they drew labs on me right there in the office. I have called 4 times since my appointment to get the results and the doctor still hasn't looked at them. As a matter of fact, I was told that they were in a pile for the doctor to review. When I called today, the person I spoke to told me that he still hadn't looked at labs from September! No kidding? My question is that if this is common practice here, why wouldn't they tell you up front so you aren't calling to find out about your labs multiple times? The person I spoke to gave me little information as to when I might here about my labs so I guess I'll just keep calling. If you are too busy to get to your patients, why do you continue to take new patients? Very disappointed!! BTW, I drove 3 hours for this appointment.

My wife saw him twice but w/o insurance we failed to follow up. He was the best. Wish we could go back.

Dr Carlos E. Menndez is an excellent doctor, I arrived the first time very badly with my thyroid and with high levels, Dr Carlos Menndez returned me to normal, I highly recommend him, he is the best doctor in San Antonio in Personally, I am very grateful and I thank God for putting me in the hands of this doctor. And the secretaries and nurses are kind and very attentive, I highly recommend it.

As a young adult who has just started the transition into personal responsibility for my health, I cannot commend Dr. Menendezs office enough for their amazing work. The receptionists and staff are friendly and attentive, and Dr. Menendez is wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. As someone who has never had a great grip on their condition, It is incredibly helpful to have a Doctor who is on your side. They are transparent about everything you could have questions about, you just need to ask. Again, I cannot recommend this physicians office enough!
