We had the best experience ever at Complete Care on Nacogdoches Rd! The service was impeccable and the price was fair. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. Sonia at the front desk greeted us with the warmest smile. She was very helpful and informative. Then we were called to the back by the nurse, Portia, in a matter of minutes. Portia was also very warm and welcoming. I was there with my 11 yr daughter who injured herself at school so she was very nervous. Portia and Dr Hamlett put her at ease. Dr Hamlett answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. She was truly lovely to us. She had excellent bedside manner and she really knew her stuff! We had to do X-rays and Chris took great care of us there. He got the pictures right the first time which was important because my daughter was in pain. You never want to plan on going back to a care facility but we left there with the feeling of we can’t wait to come back. I know that sounds crazy but it was truly the best experience ever! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I highly recommend Complete Care.

Dr. Hamlett was amazing! It was hard to even find a place to go when my husband noticed Right leg weakness due to covid and everyone being full. He got in immediately as a walk in at CC. They had a CT scan done in 30 minutes and diagnosed a subacute hematoma in his brain. She monitored him closely and called for hours to find him a hospital bed in a pandemic and got us a fantastic neurosurgeon who found a SICU bed that was even near home. She was so personable, knowledgeable, gave him the necessary info but kept him calm while telling me all the medical jargon I know. She fought for him and gave us the best outcome as he was transferred immediately to SICU and had a craniotomy the next day. The nurse Kimber was also exceptional. The ER was quiet, clean, and efficient. The copay was much cheaper than another nearby freestanding ER. Will definitely recommend!

The recipients was very kind and friendly. I am happy to have them in our area, the nurse was so helpful and understanding. She took the time to explain what they were going to do. The Doctor was also very helpful and I pray they continue to stay safe 🙏
