Short story: Lost 6 shirts and they really don’t care. Don’t go to Slater White. Details: On Tuesday 8/7/2018 we dropped off 12 dress shirts to be cleaned at the TPC Parkway Slater White Cleaners. On Thursday 8/9/2018, we picked up 6 items, paying only for those 6 items. Eve, the store manager, indicated the final 6 items must not have made the delivery and to come back after 6:00 PM. We left for a vacation that weekend and did not get back to the store until Tuesday August 21th. When we walked in to get the shirts, we were told to “pay for the rest of the shirts”, which my wife did. When the clerk, went back to get the shirts, they were not to be found. My wife was asked to come back the next day when the manager was there. While there, the clerk did give us the name of “Lucy” and that we should call. We called Lucy and Lucy indicated that we would need to talk with the store manager, Eve, the next day. On Wednesday 8/22/2018, my wife returned and talked with Eve. Eve indicated she had looked or the shirts but could not find them. Seeing that we had paid the bill the day before, we asked that Eve write on the receipt that the shirts were not delivered. Eve then asked for some a few days to find the missing items and she would call. After not receiving a call, on 9/5/2018, we returned to the store and talked with Eve. The shirts were still missing but we need to contact the Regional Manager, Lucy. Go figure. Repeated calls to Lucy’s phone have been unanswered. Wesite has no contact information other than a generic email. Finally met wit both Eve AND Lucy at the store on 9/6/2018. Eve was a gem.. Lucy indicated she didn't know where the shirts were and then went so far as to accuse us that we had the shirts and were just trying to rip off the cleaners. Right. So at this point we have proof our shirts were not delivered [a receipt that clearly indicates it from a Slater White employee] but we have no shirts and no action from the cleaners that lost them. We have no faith that our shirts will be found. It’s painful that we even paid for cleaning shirts we never received. Slater will not even refund that. Never going back to any Slater White cleaner. Hey Slater White, you have our phone number on the three receipts, give us a call and straighten this out.

Super nice lady! She was professional, knowledgeable, and polite! This is now my go-to cleaners in the area.
