Great customer service even after being those people that showed up right before closing with BIG bags of clothes. Im not proud of myself for it (not my idea ) but Mr.Mark handled it well! He was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude. Even after dealing with my significant other WHO IS EXTREMELY OBNOXIOUS and makes terrible jokes. Mark chuckled and smiled through the entire interaction. 10/10 recommended!

Ive been coming here for about 2 1/2 years now with intermittent issues. I come about once a week if not once every two weeks, so much that I handful of employees already know me to grab my clothes and start the ticket; which I love by the way. Thats exactly why I like go to the same places in general, to develop rapport. On average, I say I spend $50-$100 a month on dry cleaning. Im not sure whats happened to the selection of employees but customer service is not a priority. I always ask for heavy starch and lately Ive had several pants that look like this in the picture. The employee said its because they are brand new pants and they havent absorbed the starch. Ive been bringing these pants for about two years now so I dont think they are new. He just kind of blew me off and said bring them back and well redo them. Im on the road over three hours away. This is the only clean pair of pants I have left. Im on the road a lot in front of a lot of people for my job. It doesnt look good on me when it looks like I just rolled out of bed yet I spend quite a bit of money to look presentable. Im not looking for a red carpet but I would suggest the owner invests in some customer service classes for some employees, not all. I will be looking elsewhere once I pick up my last $30+ order today.

I have taken cloths here for years with good service however, I took two Cosplay jackets for dry cleaning on Wednesday 1/2/19. I was told they would be ready on Friday 1/4/19. I received a call from them
on Thursday 1/3/19 that they had a concern that the colors may run due to the materials they were constructed of. I told them that was okay. I was not told on that call that there would be a delay from the expected pick-up day. I went to pick up the coats on Saturday 1/5/19 and was told by the young lady that they were not their. She was very nice and I told her it was not her fault. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she can take my contact info and she would contact her manager. I told her that i am expecting a call today 1/5/19. The young lady working there was very nice and apologetic. If they would have told me that it would take longer, I might have delayed the cleaning as I needed the items this weekend. I will update this review upon the results of the actions that Signature Cleaners take. I was told of an issue with one of the coats and they were trying to mitigate the color bleeding. The second coat came back with a little bleeding but they tried their best to resolve the issue. Just be advised they need a little extra time to take care of large coats.

Ive been coming here since I moved here to SA, and it been the BEST investment ever! Best dry cleaning, Wendy at the front desk ROCKS!!! A MUST STOP FOR YOUR CLOTHS!!!!!!!
