Dollar Tree Manger Ruth Benavides Garcia racially profiled me; on Dec. 18,2022 I drove to the Dollar Tree 2008 N. Main to purchase coloring books and crayons for my two grandbabies. But as soon as I got out of my car unknowingly to me; at that time Ruth Benavides Garcia had racially profiled me before; I even entering the Dollar Tree Store. Ruth Benavides Garcia Called 911 and lied stating to the 911 operator that I had committed the crime of impersonating a police officer. She did this having never said a word to me or me ever saying anything to her she came to this conclusion. Why? Because of my race she racially profiling me; a 63-year-old disable so-called African American man in her mind he must be breaking the law. Not knowing anything about me. This is all she saw when I got out of my car and that was enough for her that this Black man is wearing a bulletproof vest and has a handgun in a holster. And doing so she put my life in danger with her preconceived  prejudice. This Dollar Tree employee Ruth Benavides Garcia set into action at that moment a False reporting of a Crime which is a Class B misdemeanor under Texas Penal Code 37.08. On the line number (15) Ruth Benavides Garcia stated I did not identify myself as a peace officer nor did I try to enforce any police authorities. Thereby making what she said in the 911 a false report of a crime. Her calls to 911 caused these actionsOn the line number (15) of the incident report the police officers failed to put into their report and which you will be able to verify with the officer's own body worn cameras plus my own body worn camera; is Ruth Benavides Garcia came out of the store. And I said to her you do not want me in your store? And she said "I could come in the store again but don't wear that stuff" I said to her but there is NO SIGN in your window restricting any other people from coming in with a firearm, correct? Sgt. F Carrillo #3157 looked at the window and replied correct. Ruth Benavides Garcia then turned and went back into the store with Sgt. F Carrillo #3157Gov. Abbott Signs House Bill 1927, Legalizes Permit less Carry in Texas And signed in to law on September 1,2021 those age 21+ who can legally possess a firearm will be able to carry a handgun - concealed, or openly in a holster - in non-prohibited public places.  The Second Amendment A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringeThe 14th Amendment Section 1.
