Walk ins NOT WELCOMED even tho they have a huge banner outside stating they do. The girls attending the phone are not professional and they treat patients as if they dont need the business. Id give 0 stars if it was possible.

Since Ive noticed my review has been taken down for God knows whyhere I am posting it AGAIN. Because this is quite literally the worst medical establishment Ive ever been too. Keith Beck is a sorry excuse for a medical professional He is dismissive, rude and unprofessional. I visited his office early October due to a new difficulty with swallowing, breathing and severe facial/neck swelling. I had multiple ER visits prior to this appointment because this was something I have never experienced. The nurse was great at understanding me while I explained my symptoms and concerns. The visit with Dr Beck itself lasted 5 seconds. I didnt even get to explain all of my concerns/experience before he cut me off and told me I was experiencing anxiety and essentially a waste of his time. After going out of my way to find alternative expertise medical treatment Ive been diagnosed with mild-cancer suspicion thyroid nodules AND stage 2 gastroesophageal reflux disease. (Which Im currently being treated for now). If I had not taken matters into my own hands to find another doctor to help, my condition could have worsened under Dr. Becks care. I highly recommend you visit ANY DOCTOR in San Antonio but him.

DO NOT go here. Ever since they changed to Village it has been an absolute nightmare. I went in for a breathing treatment for my asthma and not only did the doctor not send over the right prescription but it took them literally 8 times to get it right!!! After sending the wrong one, they then only sent half of the prescription, then they forgot to put the instructions so the pharmacist would not give it to me so I had to keep calling back to have them correct it so I could get my medicine. Went through all of that only to be told that now its after hours and they cant help me unless they CHARGE me for assistance for THEIR mistake!!!!! And my best bet is to call back another day!!! This was literally for my breathing machine!!! I never ever used to have these issues before they became Village. Theyve officially lost a 5+ year patient. Please, please take your business elsewhere.
