First time customer of HomeTeam. Michael, my initial contact person, was very informative and helpful as I decided to move from another pest control company to HomeTeam.
Answered all my questions so I was comfortable in making the switch during our phone discussion.
Jon, the technician, was equally informative.He spent an appropriate amount of time providing the initial service. He answered the few questions I had for him on that first visit.
Both were excellent representatives of the company. I look forward to doing business with Hometeam.

I am confused. After being overseas for 7 months I come home to multiple letters stating I did not pay for service and now in collections? Before this I had no issues but this is a huge error. There was no receipt on my door to show work completed. Please how did this happen?
