I’ve been trying to contact this office for months now, I paid for services and did not receive them nor a refund, I wasn’t even aware they closed. Does anyone know where to go from here ? Awful.

I have been a patient for about 4 months now and I am loving my results. I will continue to go for more sessions to achieve the results I want! Mary is wonderful. She has a great hand and she is knowledgeable and confident. Can’t wait to go again!

Simply a woman without ethical principles as a professional who took advantage of the Covid 19 pandemic to keep my money and apparently other patients like me who trust her, we have suffered a pandemic and she got richer without any kind of regrets, I had to pay the first day for my full 6-session treatment and she only gave me 1 session, closed the clinic and kept all the money, that's called theft, I wrote a letter to the Board of Medicine.

Disappointing. I was excited for this place, but was denied treatment because in the doctor’s opinion, I didn’t NEED filler. The fact that I went in and voiced my concern and she didn’t agree with me blew my mind. Cosmetic improvement is a personal choice, not a medical necessity, so I had take my business to an injector with a trained eye. Imagine having long hair and going to a hair salon for a cut and the stylist denies service because she doesn’t think it needs to be cut. That’s the feeling of confusion and disappointment I felt leaving The Face and Body Place. Further, the assistant wildly condescending.

The same thing happened to me too Diane. I paid for services in February of 2020 to then have Dr. Finder close her practice the next month without performing the services I pay for and never refunding my payment. This is real bad! Theft of services. Never returned my emails to her or my certified letter demanding a refund.
