Worst dental visit of my life! It started with a giant x-ray detector being jammed into my mouth 16 times, followed by a near drowning experience during the cleaning, culminated by an assault on my mouth with a camera so the dentist could try and convince me that I need to have my teeth straightened. I told him that having lived with these teeth the way they are for 56 years that wasn’t going to happen. So in addition to outdated equipment, the clinic is not as hygienic as you would expect for a dentist office despite the additional $15 they charge for enhance hygiene protocol, which insurance does not cover. I won’t be back.

I have been coming here since 2004 and have decided not to anymore because they are still trying to charge an extra $15 for PPE even though I didn't ever see them use anything they hadn't before COVID and I can also show that I am fully vaccinated. They will have to get their extra money elsewhere.

I have gone for a root canal and crown and also 2weeks ago for a wisdom tooth removal. They were great. And the dentist Dr. Berchelmann know I'm afraid of needles . He comfort me when he had to use them . Staff were awesome too. I will continue go there.
