Susan Taylor is an amazing person who makes you feel comfortable talking about your varying situations. I wasn't even a client but for over an hour she talked to me about my bankruptcy and traffic cases. She told me how to resolve my issues, looked up data for me, gave me all the best numbers to call, and referred me where I need to go. She never asked me for a dollar and has the most friendly practice in Texas. It felt like she really cared about my issues and was willing to work to help me solve them. From the minute you get on that phone you just know your in good hands.

Susan Taylor was an amazing San Antonio area bankruptcy lawyer. She and Melissa Luna helped me with my chapter 7 when I truly felt hopeless and terrified that I had no options and would lose everything. They patiently answered my MANY phone calls and emails which is saying something because I can be a pest and someone who needs to know every detail of everything. The debt relief she helped provide along with preventing foreclosure was more than I could ask for. Covid crushed my small business just when we were expanding and having had to personally guarantee much of the debt I incured with that was almost too much to bear when the business finally ended. I was drowning in debt that most people couldnt imagine and felt like there was no hope. After talking to many other attorneys, I was sure they would take my house and everything I owned and still leave me with 7 figure debt to pay. But Susan calmed me down and worked with me while explaining the process and how she could help me. Which was a ray of sunshine I must admit. Because I had zero hope. And after it was all done, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the results. I cant recommend her and her team enough. If you are considering bankruptcy, please, please PLEASE do yourself a favor and just call her!

I did eventually, get the call and submitted all paperwork as asked except I had to use UPS email because any attachment sent to them that is large can not be sent to them through email unless it is through dropbox or some other app as such However, they will not accept the use of dropbox therefore all documents will have to go through UPS email. I am not very mobile which is something they knew before being hired and can not go to UPS. I don't have any relatives, friends to help me or take me to the UPS store to email attachments that amazingly enough my daughter's lawyer who handled her POA had no issue with receiving and sending emails with large attachments. Unfortunately he doesn't handle bankruptcy. I have recording of her Ms. Taylor's last call literally mocking my illness. I expect her to do what is right with me. It feels more like she is using the email as a way of saying that her clients did not give her the necessary paperwork in order to drop them but, I will not allow this to happen even if I have to do this with my very last breath. Ms. Taylor and Ms. Melissa Luna both knew I have stage 4 cancer and they have a horrible manners with their client. I would call it abusive so I am planning on taking legal action if they don't stop their childish mocking. I may be a little slow due to the Chemotherapy I am going through but stupid Ms. Taylor I am NOT! How Dare You Mock My ILLNESS. I hope that you NEVER ever get Cancer or any illness that is debilitating. If you were not up to the task for whatsoever the reason lady you should not have taken the $2200.00. If you are just going to continue making excuses for not able to receive emails with attachments I will need my money back. I have sent the attachment to others and they had no problem receiving it and opening them. I am sending you the email again and I do appreciate your patience or I should say Melissa patience because you Ms. Taylor are rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional to say the least. I am not firing you I do however expect an apology for your mocking of my illness. My illness is not an excuse. I didn't get stage 4 cancer Ms. Taylor to have an excuse for not a darn thing. Since I was diagnosed at the height of the pandemic, I have had 4 surgeries, countless treatment's and even contracted covid and survived. No, Ms. Taylor, I am a fighter not an entitled minded excuse making individual. My mother didn't raise me that way and The U.S. Navy reinforced in me the fighter no excuses in me. I am going to send you the rest of the paperwork you said you do not have and the ones that I had already emailed to your through UPS. Oh, and I am not trying to tell you how to "run your office" as you told Melissa to tell me. No, but I will ask you not to be disrespectful and demeaning. Remember that we are living in the internet of everything and all that which we do or did yesterday can always come back to hunt us and that goes for all of us; including me. I do want to go and speak to the judge or whomsoever I need to myself if it is the last thing I do. Oh, since you don't want anyone telling how to "run your office" please don't tell me to "just sell my house if I can't pay it". I can pay it the only problem we are having getting this done is the fact that you seem to be one or maybe the only lawyer that has issue with large attachments from their client and others that I used for other reasons have not. Like I said, I am not firing you. I will not, I refuse to because I think you might still be able to be a better human being. God Bless You!
