Patty is absolutely terrible to work with, she makes threats that will one day end her. She is highley unprofessional and should educate herself on how to have proper phone etiquette

Don't call this place whatever you do. I was referred to this place and told to ask for Patty, some rude woman answering the phone kept demanding to know why I needed to talk to Patty and before I could even answer she hung up on me. And from the other review it looks like this is their typical behavior. I guess they don't need any business. Hope they go bankrupt

This is by FAR the WORST processing company in San Antonio! Paul from this company will call 5-6 times a day and is Extremely rude when he calls whether he is wrong or not. If you don't do what he says and break the rules and laws regarding HIPAA he will call every department and lie and state that you have been rude or something just to be heard. He is very disrespectful and has very poor manners. Patty is just as worse... Both of them together have no professionalism or work ethic. I've never in my life dealt with a company or people that have displayed such horrific service in my life! They bothered & pestered my place of business for over a month and right when I thought it was over Paul called me again harassing me. I had to take out a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) out against him just to get him to stop calling my job AFTER services were already rendered! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!! This is by far the WORST company IN San Antonio
