Would give a zero if it would let me. Customer service sucks. Waited at home for delivery, they never came to the door. Went outside when I saw the truck they had already placed the large freight right in front of garage door. How is someone suppose to get a car out? Called the distribution center they refused to send them back to move it.

I could give 0 stars I would, horrible service, from the delivery drivers to the office staff.

The unprofessionalism, inability to effectively communicate with customers, the lack of compassion or urgency to help a customer, the lack of care in getting a customer their product are only a few of the reasons I will make sure to never employ this company. Our church ordered a playground unit from Amazon, we didn't get to choose the delivery company. Set for delivery on 12/21, never got a call it wouldn't be there and waited for hours at the church. Rescheduled 4 times due to "forgetting to put item on the truck" Speaking to any supervisor meant nothing. Finally delivered 12/28. Company never called to communicate, I had to make all calls to gather any information. Terrible and very stressful dealing with them. Item also came with damage to boxes and scratches to item. Amazon had to get involved.
