Couldn't order. Grubhub had to cancel the order because the restaurant lists a menu it doesn't actually offer. Can't give more stars to a place that doesn't adequately collaborate to ensure accurate menu.

Today we went to the Bill Miller on 7140 IH 410 west in San Antonio. There was no one in line to eat inside. There was only one cashier and she spilled the tea when delivering to curbside. We waited 10 minutes and still NO CASHIER. She was outside speaking to a customer for that LONG. She spilled the tea and had asked the server to JUST FILL WITH ICE. When a I asked to please someone take our order they said SORRY we only have one cashier. Not to make a scene I called and asked to speak to a Manager. Alexis said that they only have one cashier at the busiest time of the day????? Alexis was very argumentative and kept on making excuses. She did apologize , I asked if they could get another cashier since there are so many people in the serving line she said No! I have NEVER had such bad customer service from BILL MILLERS. I am extremely disappointed. I know that we are short on worker’s HOWEVER, please acknowledge someone and DONT make excuses.

An affordable and tasty meal for me whenever I visit San Antonio. Under $10 for a "Po Boy" sandwich combo with your choice of meat and a large drink. About $3 will get you a slice treat of Pecan, Apple or Lemon Meringue pie. Also tried tamales this time for $1.75.. and while they were tasty IMHO.. they need to be a little bigger.
