Tasha’s Total Tax Service

She does not answer phone calls or respond to emails. My taxes were filled 3 weeks ago and I don’t have an ETA. Every year she seems to get worse on the customer service piece. A simple response is not much to ask for when your paying her well over $1000.00 dollars every year. The 5 star reviews on here are probably friends, family or just made up fake reviews.

She's doesn't answer your calls or emails. 1 star for the good tax return. Zero stars for the poor customer service. Its been 2 weeks since my appointment, and the irs website shows nothings been submitted. I can't reach her to find out an eta on my return. This is the 2nd year going through this.

I’m not from Texas and she did my taxes for me electronically. I got back the most I’ve gotten back in years since trying to do them myself with TurboTax. I am going to have her re-do my previous two years with her. Don’t waste your time with TurboTax. Go to Tasha Taxes instead. Awesome and professional. Glad to have found her.

She did our tax return all wrong .. said we were getting back 14k. Then when IRS and we tried to contact her for the forms needed to get our return she was nowhere to be found. We ended up having to pay 5k plus late fees because of errors she submitted 3times. Caused huge headache and a lot of wasted time.
