Alpha Hi-Tech Foundations

BEWARE. Ciro (the owner) writes contracts costing you an arm and leg to get justice. I was dealing with him for almost a year and he kept promising to fix his poor work. He sent people after I won mediation, but the foundation wasn't fixed properly. By contract, I have to take him to arbitration. I would have to pay for both parties' arbitration charges. It was much cheaper to get somebody else to fix his job, so I just gave up fighting with him. I'm not the only person to be screwed by him. I know another investor who shares similar experiences as. I advise you not to both, not trust him and the contract you sign.

As I am building my Real Estate investment portfolio, I have worked with several contractors. This last job was my first major foundation repair. Ciro and his team had provided a bid to the seller, and also were recommended to me by my own realtor. After some research, I went with Alpha Hi-Tech Foundations. They are busy, but always made time for me. They showed up as scheduled, contended with serious rain during the job, and got it done. I told Ciro he had become part of my team. I will hire him again.

They just concluded the 3rd job for me, I'm a local investor here in San Antonio and I have to say that Alpha Hi Tech is the best foundation company in San Antonio, they are very professional always finish on time... which is important because my properties are rented. Great quality job!

Alpha hi tech came though when we needed them for a last minute job. They showed up quickly to evaluate and gave an excellent bid. They were able to queeze us in and complete the work within a few days. Fast, affordable, and on time. I will use them again in the future if needed.
