        We called Stain Concepts after another concrete contractor did a terrible job with our floors. I could tell quickly that Brandon had a ton of experience working with concrete and understood exactly what had gone wrong with our floors. He laid out some options for us and we decided to go for it. The floors turned out beautifully and the metallic epoxy gives our house a totally unique look. The work was much cleaner than I expected as well.

        Bad experience. Floors are impossible to clean as surface traps dirt. Looks like an uneven distribution of material (note pictures). Outrageous pricing for floor grit ($500). During construction noticed that workers used hand grinder instead of larger machine as seen in other YouTube installation videos. The odor/fumes during install were overwhelming with no warning from StainConcepts. Buyer beware.
