Highly recommend, everyone was very professional and the work, permits and inspections were all taken care of and completed quickly. Eric was honest, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the project. I had gotten 3 quotes before deciding which company to choose. I felt like the other two companies tried to oversell and wouldnt warranty their work unless I paid for the premium plan, with the highest number of piers needed and the most expensive steel piers. Royal Foundation only offered one plan that stated I needed fewer piers and they would warranty their work using combination piers which helped bring the price down. They also have A+ rating with BBB and accredited since 2008.
