I was afraid of this place because of the reviews. They were very professional, kind, and I received all my belongings including a Macbook and Coach bag in perfect condition. This is a Christian established business and they handled everything with care and the $50 is if they have to box and store belongings because of the finance company. You will get a receipt and you can sue the finance company in small claims court. Thank you for your professionalism.

If this place tries to charge you $50 cash to grab your belongings, do not fall into their trap. Legally, you are not obligated to pay any tow company, in the state of Texas, to retrieve your belongings from a car that is towed. I hope they eventually get what they deserve.
