The seamstress knows her work. We had to take a bridesmaid dress to do the actual alterations that David's Bridal didn't do which took them 2 month to alter the dress. Guaranteed Alterations completed the alteration professional and in a very short notice of a couple of days before the wedding. I highly recommend this business for all types of alterations and reasonable.

Have had several items altered without issue over time, until I took a pair of palazzo pants in; one leg was shorter than the other; couldnt be fixed properly... owner offered to add contrasting fabric as a cuff! I tried to be understanding but I was still charged full price and ended up giving the pants away. Since Id been a loyal customer - I returned with a dress needing the hem fixed. I was greeted with an attitude (again, being acquainted with the owner over time) thought perhaps it was just a long rough day for her. When I picked up the dress (simple summer cotton sheath) the hem was crooked and much shorter than when measured. I pointed out the two issues, the owner got very upset, stormed to the register & surely over charged ($45!) me ... I paid what she asked and have not returned... Learned my lesson ... very disappointed ...
