I Took a Bridesmaid dress into them, we went over what I needed done, specifically asked them to sew the belt to the dress so that I wouldn't have to worry about the belt rising up or down, picked up my dress and the belt was MISSING! They told me they had it but needed the girl who did the dress to come in and fix it so I left the dress (by this time its already the week of wedding, so CRUNCH TIME!) get a call, they say dress is ready, I go pick it up and they created a whole new belt that was NOT THE SAME MATERIAL as the actual dress! The dress was Chiffon and the ORIGINAL BELT was chiffon, they made a belt out of a MESH fabric! they did color match it but the material was noticeably different from all the other bridesmaids I had to stand next to. I chose this place as it was recommended by someone and the reviews were all good HOWEVER what I learned was WRITE OUT EVERY DETAIL YOU WANT DONE! She wrote in chicken scratch on a carbon copy paper ticket. They still took full payment from me, yes they altered my dress, the fit was correct but they DID NOT ONCE TELL ME THEY LOST MY BELT AND WOULD CREATE ONE MADE OF A DIFFERENT FABRIC.
