Panda Express

Even there 4 panda employees they only said , in a moment we will with you, and they do other activities insted serve the costumer, not good Panda Crew !! The coke with out flavor, restrooms are good and clean but no mirror in it , could be better experience if they commit to give a good service

I have been very disappointed in Panda Express the last 5 or 6 times all different locations. This Panda has restored my love of Panda Express! The food was perfect, the employees were all friendly, the manager came by and brought our kids stickers and fortune cookies. He was out cleaning the tables helping out. This is exactly how a restaurant should run! Will be coming back.

went 03/15/2022 at 1803 Vance Jackson San Antonio, Texas at 220pm I ask for Green bean Chicken and they just look at me say nothing or manger stand there . The girl say there no green bean . I have choice other entrees. As I was paying I look at Refrigerator I saw the green bean. I was told a lie by the girl . The manger walk away . didnt have it a entree. . I have taken a picture at the bottom there is green bean

Hot, good "Chinese" employees were fast and polite. You need to ask for hot sauce and soy sauce and whatever else you need because nothing is put in the bag except food. Also dining room is a bit small and almost always has a line.

The staff as well as the GM always make me feel uncomfortable when I go. They always give stares. I find it weird that the bald manager does it being in his position. It doesnt feel welcoming or like a comfortable environment to have our food here to eat because of that. Therefore we tend to always take it to go. The portions are decent when u take it Togo as well. The problem they also have is that they dont prep enough for dinner or lunch rush. U always get the bottom of the pan scraps or have to wait n see if theyll cook more. On this visit they gave me old pale looking broccoli, dried up shrimp, and rangoons that were not even separated in the fryer they were all stuck to each other with the inside ingredients in it falling out. Dont like this location but their advantage is their the only one near my house
