After 4 years since my last review... they made up for it!!! will be back for more... only 4 stars cuz garlic parmesan wasn't as much parmesan and fries weren't as skinny for my daughter but had a lot of good flavors... some spicy too...

I have had hit or miss with this place but today was the last straw. I will not be ordering from this place again. I placed an order in around 12 on Saturday. I know things can get busy but I noticed it was already hitting 1:30. So I call them. They tell me that the driver left shortly and order should be getting there in about 20 minutes. I dont know what company they use or if they have their own drivers but obviously they had no one available. The car that came to my house did not even stop in front of it because I was waiting to take a pic to show proof at the time they arrived. My guess is the girl who came to my door was from the actual store and someone else dropped her off near by. I watched her walk back to the vehicle while it was sitting running at a stop sign at the end of my street. I have ordered from mediocre pizza places that were more professional than this. If they dont have someone available to bring it, they wont waste your time with a cold order, they will call and inform you they can not deliver out of courtesy. But this place will make your order and let it sit or arrive cold and gross. The insides of the containers were sweating and I ordered mozzarella sticks. You have to pay more for those as a substitute and mine arrived super cold. So 39 cold nuggets, with cold fries, and cold mozzarella sticks that are like chewy soggy jerky for 41.14 bucks. I Gave a proper tip because im not a jerk but I wished i had made the girl wait at my door as I open up the items and make her take them back without cash in hand. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but was badly let down as a customer. If they treat their customers in this way I highly doubt there is much benefit in calling the store over it. As I had already read similar incidents to mine. At least they remembered my marinara sauce which they have forgotten repeatedly with past orders. If you like a gamble then take your risk ordering from them. You may get warm food or cold sweaty food. The choice is yours. I hope the company looks into this because its really not good.

I like it better than buffalo wild wings. Why? No annoying sports fans for one like take yourself home and watch sports like the rest of us. The wings are bigger and the spices are more bold; tastier.

I have been to this location twice and had great service and fresh hot wings and tenders. Today was the first time I had my food delivered. I just moved to a new apartment complex and I tried to place my order online but It showed that I lived outside the delivery area. So I stilled placed the order for pickup and called the store. They were so polite and had no problem delivering my food. My food was delivered in less than 30 minutes (Monday @ around 4pm) and was fresh. Tenders were great, I ordered lemonpepper wings well done and they were crispy and hot. Their chicken sandwich is also great.
