Church's Texas Chicken - CLOSED

Went through the drive thru ( Wilderness Oak) Thursday Mar 31st, around 3:30p; and was greeted by Laneshia. So professional and customer friendly disposition. Picking up my food, I was greeted by Charles and he, too, was professional with a great attitude. My order was perfectly made. Even if there had been one mistake the employees customer friendly attitude would more than make up for any to me. I appreciate great customer service, which I got with these 2 amazing individuals. Customer service is one of the hardest jobs, having to deal with all types of personalities. I hope these intelligent and amazingly friendly individuals dont get abused so they lose what is so rare now a days. Thank you, again, for the aplomb service and great food.

This place sucks. Lady is sooo unprofessional. Very rude and was singing through the drive they speaker. They are always out of food. Management needs to figure it out!!

Would give zero stars if I could dont even bother Instead of my chicken they gave me a box full of three open gravy cups which spilled everywhere and when I came back to get my chicken they were very quick and snappy with me not even a sorry Finally have my now cold chicken And have to clean up the rug I feel like This is a prank.lets just hope they didnt tamper with my food now.
