        Personally I'm not the type of person to go into the store when I have issues with my service I usually just wait it out, the one I time I do go into the store that's closest to my house I am basically gaslighted by the Store Manager Eddie with him saying it's an issue that's out of his control. Eddie was a very aggressive man who was not really trying to help out. He had us call customer care for a sim card change in which we obliged. None the less the service was restored when the SIM card was switched out. He made the interaction overall very hostile and unwelcoming literally just stating that he is the store manager and doesn't have to deal with this. He left to the back in the middle of the SIM card transfer after 5 minutes of waiting for him to return he never came back, but one of the associates helped me out and completed the transfer therefore restoring my services. May this review help you grow as a person Eddie because there's no reason to be that unhappy with what you do. I am sorry that you were having a bad day sometimes just stepping out and taking a breather helps.
