The was only supposed to be 19.99 and they charged me 29.99 plus tax and plus I only bought one screen protector and case and they also charged me for four of them instead of the two

Good customer service but my issues never got resolved ...phone had no good connection reception, internet, apps...was offered another phone but the would want me to pay a shipnhandle fee them not knowing if it will fix my problem..then being told its network issues that i need to tall to 611or tower service is down or im not in there service area ..i went to them maybe a handfull if times just to be told by one of the workers thats its fine it works ,not rlly listening to wat i have to say and what im trying to fix.. Calling 611 then them giving me a reference number to call me bck in 5 buisness days to fix my issue, but never called only to find out the gave me a 2 yr old ticket number..im still waiting 10 days after that happend half the month is up ..i already had just paid my bill on my 2 phones beginning of the month still having my issues...i was only offer 15$ off of my nxt month service nothing else can be done i supose
