Called Chef Charles about 4 weeks before our event and he was quick to respond and communicated all the way to the event's finale. Presentation and taste were phenomenal! Will definitely hire him again.

Chef Charles' food was superb! He is not only an excellent chef, but very personable, attentive, and a consummate professional. This was the first time my mom worked with a personal chef, and out of all of the chefs we reached out to who could possibly bring her "diva birthday dinner" concept to life, Chef Charles remained responsive throughout the process and executed flawlessly. We will definitely work with him again and refer him to friends! I highly recommend working with him for any chef needs. You won't regret it!😉

Chef Charles was absolutely amazing! We hired him as our private chef for our dinner party. The food was outstanding and his customer service is top notch! We are already looking forward to our next dinner with Chef Charles!!!
