Not sure what this place is I came to replace a tire and the customer service was not great they had one guy who looked lost. They also had a food truck on site. I called the number on the door for assistance and the guy i spoke to came out of the food truck. Let me just say the food must be good (i didnt try it), But they had a long line. In my opinion they should probably focus on that. Plus the sign says Austin Hwy Auto Services which is it. To much time wasted at this place we didn't even take the tire after all.

Asked for 8 tire balances, and 8 mount, and 8 dismounts. Their tire mounting machine (or the operator) put a huge gash in the side of one of my tires. Fortunately they replaced it free of charge....however they failed to check the replacement for leaks and when i got home it was flat. I inspected it and found a large, un-plugable gash on the sidewall.
Paid for 8 balances.... both trucks (4 wheels each) vibrate violently now. These trucks drove smooth before the "balancing". The violent vibration is iconic of improperly balanced wheels.
I could take them back, but that is a hassle knowing that it may or may not be done right.
