Traded in a 2020 RAM Laramie for 2016 Porsche Macan S. Mostly missed the CarPlay features from the truck,. So, I started to do some research on a retrofit to add to the existing system. Found a few here and there, but thought it might be a bit risky for a DIY project. Googled installers that had a superb reputation and reviews to match and found Audio by Art. He was quick to bring to my attention the potential gotchas when dealing with aftermarket modules and told me that he would do the research to find the best mod that could be quickly supported by that companys tech team. Also told me that it would be at a premium, but that all his work is guaranteed and would meet, or exceed my expectations. And how! Art is a wiz at matching tech and has installation skills that are well above and beyond anything Ive ever witnessed. His meticulous methodologies and care for the clients vehicles have no comparison from other shops that I have dealt with in the past. I cannot stress how satisfied I am with his craftsmanship. Art did an excellent job installing CarPlay and a front camera. He was very careful with the installation and he provides feedback during the installation process. He even pointed out an unrelated problem with my car. I will go back to him next time I need any car audio work done. I highly recommend Art.
